NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – ALBANY MOUNTAIN BIKE CLUB
WHEN – MONDAY 19th AUGUST 2019 7PM
WHERE – 6 DEGREES REAR FUNCTION ROOM, STIRLING TCE ALBANY
You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Albany Mountain Bike Club (AMBC) at the above date and time. The purpose of this general meeting is to inform members of the current financial and membership state of the club, ongoing tasks and to take nominations for the next year’s committee members.
All positions will be made vacant and you are welcome to nominate.
There are 10 positions –
Executive – 4 positions Club President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
General Committee – 6 positions
General committee roles will include Co-ordinators for Downhill (DH) events, Cross Country (XC) events and social events. These will be decided once a committee is formed.
If you wish to nominate for an executive role, please send your interest to secretary@albanymtb.com.au prior to the meeting.
We encourage your attendance and to be involved with your club in these exciting times for trails development in the Great Southern.
