NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING \u2013 ALBANY MOUNTAIN BIKE CLUB<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHERE \u2013 6 DEGREES REAR FUNCTION ROOM, STIRLING TCE ALBANY<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Albany Mountain Bike Club (AMBC) at the above date and time.  The purpose of this general meeting is to inform members of the current financial and membership state of the club, ongoing tasks and to take nominations for the next year\u2019s committee members. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All positions will be made vacant and you are welcome to nominate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 10 positions \u2013 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Executive –  4 positions \t\tClub President<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\t\t\t\tVice President\t\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\t\t\t\tSecretary<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\t\t\t\tTreasurer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Committee \u2013 6 positions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General committee roles will include Co-ordinators for Downhill (DH) events, Cross Country (XC) events and social events.  These will be decided once a committee is formed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
